DTK AD is a Bangkok-based digital advertising company specializing in SNS and influencer marketing on Instagram and TikTok. With a proprietary network of over 10,000 KOLs in Thailand, they specialize in campaigns using multiple nano/micro influencers. While handling 50–200 KOLs per project is common, the growing workload of collecting and managing payment accounts, IDs, and invoices was a major challenge—one that Acua helped solve.
Challenge
Growing KOL numbers meant growing collection workload
Campaigns using many nano/micro influencers are highly effective for brands, but collecting all necessary payment information generates enormous workload. In Thailand, paying KOLs individually requires collecting bank account details, IDs, and invoices from each person. The hardest part was tracking who had submitted what and who hadn't. The workload would surge right before payment deadlines—a challenge shared by every company in the influencer marketing space.

Why Acua
One platform from collection to payment
There were three main reasons we chose Acua: payment status visibility by KOL and project, consolidated online collection of payment details and invoices, and the ability to see at a glance who had submitted and who hadn't—by project. Being able to complete everything from collection to invoice management to payment on one platform was the deciding factor.

Results
Payment collection became dramatically easier
With Acua, we simply send KOLs a dedicated registration link. They upload photos of their documents, and AI-OCR automatically reads and enters the required information. No login is required, which lowers the psychological barrier for KOLs, and collection rates have stabilized even with large numbers of people. The dashboard shows submitted vs. pending by project at a glance, making verification much smoother.
Acua impact
Acua's responsiveness to feature requests is remarkable—when we share feedback, new features come back surprisingly quickly. This development speed was one of the main reasons we chose Acua. I would strongly recommend it to any company in Thailand struggling with the workload of payment processing.
