ผู้ประมวลผลย่อยคืออะไร
ผู้ประมวลผลย่อยคือบริษัทในเครือ Acua หรือบุคคลที่สามที่นิติบุคคล Acua คู่สัญญาว่าจ้างให้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนลูกค้า โดยลูกค้าเป็นผู้ควบคุมและ Acua เป็นผู้ประมวลผล นิติบุคคล Acua จะระบุเป็นผู้ประมวลผลย่อยในเครือเฉพาะเมื่อประมวลผลข้อมูลลูกค้าแทนนิติบุคคล Acua คู่สัญญาอื่น คำนี้ใช้ใน DPA และใช้ให้สอดคล้องกับ PDPA ของไทย APPI ของญี่ปุ่น กฎหมายเวียดนามเลขที่ 91/2025/QH15 และพระราชกฤษฎีกาเลขที่ 356/2025/ND-CP รวมถึงกฎหมายอื่นที่ใช้บังคับ
เหตุผลที่ Acua ใช้ผู้ประมวลผลย่อย
Acua ใช้ผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ การยืนยันตัวตน AI การส่งข้อความ และการวิเคราะห์ที่มีมาตรฐาน เพื่อให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มอย่างปลอดภัยและเชื่อถือได้ในภูมิภาคที่เราดำเนินงาน การใช้ผู้ให้บริการเฉพาะทางสำหรับหน้าที่ที่กำหนดไว้อย่างชัดเจนช่วยให้เรามีระดับความปลอดภัย ความพร้อมใช้งาน และการตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ที่เหมาะสม
วิธีที่เราประเมินและเริ่มใช้ผู้ประมวลผลย่อย
ก่อนว่าจ้างผู้ประมวลผลย่อยรายใหม่ Acua จะประเมินผู้ให้บริการตามลักษณะและปริมาณข้อมูลที่จะประมวลผล ซึ่งรวมถึง:
•สถานะความปลอดภัยที่มีหลักฐาน เช่น SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001 หรือรายงานอิสระที่เทียบเท่าเมื่อเหมาะสม •ข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรที่มีหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูล กลไกการโอนข้อมูลข้ามพรมแดนที่ใช้บังคับ และข้อผูกพันในการแจ้งเหตุละเมิด •จำกัดการเข้าถึงเฉพาะข้อมูลขั้นต่ำที่จำเป็น •นโยบายผู้ประมวลผลย่อยลำดับถัดไปที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร เพื่อให้เข้าใจห่วงโซ่การประมวลผล •การติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่องและการทบทวนใหม่เมื่อขอบเขตการประมวลผลเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
